The Onigiri project was launched in Kyiv in 2021. It started with the idea of creating not just sushi, but a flavor you’ll want to come back to. We combine traditional Japanese recipes with the brand chef’s unique vision. No imitation of Japan—just respect for the ingredients, balance, and attention to detail.
